Confidential and proprietary information
We are committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding any information provided by Client during the course of our working with them unless required to be disclosed by law or by prior permission of the Client. Similarly, we expect our Client to maintain confidential all the information provided by SKV Consulting Engineers verbally or in writing unless it is required to be disclosed by law or for work reasons.
Safety Principles
We are committed to the safety principles set by all applicable statutory and non-statutory Government authorities, applicable codes and authorities including ACT work cover, ACT health standards, Comcare etc.
We support that the design solution specified in our documents meet all the requirements of best industry practice and applicable codes and standards.

Ownership
All the intellectual property rights for the design, solution and documentation (collectively known as documents) lies with SKV Consulting Engineers. However, Client will have the irrevocable rights to use these documents solely for the needs of their organization including outside agencies who will provide service to the Client based on these documents.
Fair Trading
We are fully committed to fair competition and trading practices in market place.
Work place conduct
We believe in best behaviour at all times at our and Client’s premises which is ethical and considered appropriate by the society.
Indemnity
While we take full responsibility of our designs and we carry necessary professional indemnity insurance, we do not take responsibility of Client’s staff who may make any changes to design without our prior written consent or may misinterpret our design documents or beyond any lawful responsibility.
