We provide professional consultancy service in the following disciplines:

1. Associated Electrical services (associated with mechanical).
2. Mechanical Services HVAC (main).
3. Associated Controls including BMS. For major upgrade or new work, we will outsource this skill.
4. Associated acoustic services relating to mechanical.

We outsource skills in the electrical, acoustics, hydraulics and fire services. For this purpose, we have an association with other businesses. We believe that with this approach we can engage engineers with highest skills available in the industry at an optimal cost. For BMS, most of the work can be carried out in-house. We will fully co-ordinate all the work carried out under this arrangement.

Scope of technical services and documentation consist of the following:

1. Any site related technical problems.
2. Multi services co-ordination on behalf of MC/Builder/Client.
3. Independent commissioning agent.
4. Site inspection during construction.
5. Preparation of design documentation for replacement of boilers, chillers and modification/replacement of existing air conditioning system
6. Site investigation and providing reports including investigation of air conditioning related problems.
7. Preparation of feasibility reports.
8. Energy/Thermal modelling.
9. Preparation of design documentation for small to medium size jobs.
10. Preparation of design documentation for any refurbishment works.
11. Act as an Owner representative and review of design documentation prepared by other Consultants/Contractors.
12. Advise on building optimization in order to reduce power consumption.
